Available to Faculty requesting additional classroom usage outside of their regularly scheduled classes. Please note: Ad hoc requests for classroom space cannot be confirmed during the first two weeks of classes in the Fall and Winter terms. If your event takes place during this time, a location will be confirmed 24 hours before the start time of the event. If your event requires additional support services such as catering, a change to the furniture set-up, custodial cleaning services, or if your event will be revenue generating, please send your request directly to Conference Services at: conference@stfx.ca.
