Available to Faculty requesting additional classroom usage outside of their regularly scheduled classes. Please note: Ad hoc requests for classroom space cannot be confirmed during the first two weeks of classes in the Fall and Winter terms. If your event takes place during this time, a location will be confirmed 24 hours before the start time of the event. To request a room booking on campus that will take place between April 21 & September 1, please send your request directly to Conference Services at: conference@stfx.ca. Academic related room booking requests to be held during the first semester can be submitted through this website starting in August. If your event requires additional support services such as catering, a change to the furniture set-up, custodial cleaning services, or if your event will be revenue generating, please send your request directly to Conference Services at: conference@stfx.ca.
